Can anyone explain this?
 

I've tried everything, besides hard reset. Doesn't really bother, but it is a minor annoyance. I get a connection tone every so often now. Before it was turned off, and I'm running stock rom.

One day I just noticed my phone made a noice, looked, and didn't see anything, so I heard it again later, and went to connections tab in the sound settings and found something really odd.. It's only like this on my connections established and where it's suppose to be. lol

On a side note, the tone is not the one that is shows in the glitch. *Edit*

have you been flashing? i would recommend clear storage hard reset and try putting your settings back in

Haven't flashed yet. I thought about the hard reset, but I'm too lazy to do it right now. (Took too much time reloading and removing programs.) lol It doesn't really bother me too much like I said, I was just wondering if anyone else had seen/noticed this on theirs. Also, a random thought, with that being messed up, I wonder what else could potentially just stop working right. lol

looks like something you installed changed the notification CLSID and its now been assigned to a slot that has ringer style properties rather then alert style properties. Hard reset time.
