Killed it what to I tell sprint?
 

Well did SIM unlock and radio update and now no power at all, nada, nothing, no keys to boot, no down and power, no hard reset. she is dead, what do I tell Sprint when I call? just call and tell them she is dead?

1. Do you have insurance?

just tell em like you said, she is dead. They will not be able to get it booted up either and will just replace it for you. Dont even worry about it.

Do you even get a light putting it on charge for a few seconds...? My mogul did this, but I put it on charge for a bit and it worked after awhile. Threw it into bootloader, and flashed. If it's completely dead, I don't think I would worry too much about the flash, because how would they check it? Sorry I wasn't much help. Hope you get it resolved.

Same thing happened to me with my TP... It just died. I took it into the store where they do repairs and they just handed me a new one.
It's dead. There's no reason to elaborate. Just tell them you were using it one minute and the next minute it was dead.
