Duplicate Email accounts - Stuck in Manila and won't delete!?!?

Hey guys wierd thing here. I'm running MightyMike's 11/16 ROM and I just flashed fone and then setup all my email accounts (2 Gmail accounts and an Exchange server). Then I was playing around with an XML script to setup the gmail email accounts for me. I cabbed up the XML and tried to run it on my fone but it said it failed. (Guess I should have removed the mail accounts before running the xml - duh!). Then when I went to Manila's email tab, I had the icons for the accounts and could see the mail preview and even the qty of unread emails, but I couldn't get to any of the messages or folders for them. Its like they are there but not accessible somehow.

Then I tried to add new accounts hoping it would overwrite them but I had "name" the email accounts differently - it wouldn't take "gmail" as the name of that email service. So now I have an extra set of mail icons on my Manila email tab..

Does anyone know where in the registry I can delete my email accounts?

wow. the same EXACT problem happened to me on mightys rom.. but ive switched my rom since then and dont have that problem anymore..

Yea it sucks. I never figured it out but then had the random hard reset probkem so had to start over.. Ditched my xml and setup the accounts normally and all is good now. Good luck and please update this thread if u find a solution..

i've got the same problem....i had to make an account with a different name because the other one was frozen in time and would only be visible in the manila interface. i really hope the only solution isn't to reinstall the rom :/

i'm not sure if this is related but i don't have the option to send a pic or vid message anymore either...are these common issue with mightymike's rom?

For a normal html account you can just tap (on the mail tab): menu/accounts/accounts then highlight the account you want gone with the kb arrows and then tap menu/delete.

I added a exchange account once that I couldn't figure out how to delete it.
When trying to delete an Exchange email account, the pop up Delete option will be greyed out. You have to Delete the parternship between your device and Activeysnc to remove Exchange accounts.
Try this: Start/Active Sync/Menu/Options/Microsoft Exchange/Menu/Delete

I'm having the same issue as the previous posters. The email account only shows up in Manila but doesn't show up in the accounts page.

I've had this issue before but I was only able to get rid of it by either hard resetting or restore an email backup from SPB backup.
