see I like the way this one is cause its made for the TP2, but at the same time theres no neck to it. and my windshield is on a angle so it would be hard to reach the phone.

how far does it come from the window? because it seems nice, but i dont think it would be good concidering you would have to reach over to it.

I just bought it, it looks good, kinda mount I wanted, does it have any padding where you slide the phone to avoid the contact with the plastic? if not I thing I will make one with the microfiber myself.

I got my holder for about $8 shipped for touch pro(1) but i am still using it for TP2 as it seem to hold most phones anyways. Although it has gooseneck it does not shake much in the car and can rotate 360%, has padding so it will not scratch the sides of phone, very strong large suction cup with suck-in lever, click sound when rotating, full access to usb and headphone jack while on the holder, does not block the screen but the coolest function is the release mechanism that when button pushed opens sides very slowly. I got it from here(not affiliated with site just sharing my experience)

Yes i realise it looks like a cheap chinese crap but so far it has not failed me in over 8 month of(almost) everyday use. Be carefull though if decide to order friend of mine got his broken on arrival(poorly packaged)
