Marketplace now ask for a update no SD install
 

When i try to install XDA-Developers-patched-WMMarketplace_sc.cab microsoft says theres a update and so i have no choice but to press yess to install or app will end..Then try to install i get a message saying "Windows Marketplace Mobile cannot connect right now. Try again later" I can uninstall the cab but then i want be able to install my apps to my SD...Any help,thought, or maybe im using a old cab?

Mightyrom has the cab installer cooked into his ROM. What's so different with the one you are trying to install? The "stock" one on Mighty's works awesome for me!

It seems Friday Microsoft rolled out a new update and if you go to marketplace it will ask you to update.

UPDATE 11/13/09 8:30am CST: As of this morning, the mobile Marketplace client is pushing out an update. If you go into Marketplace, you’ll be prompted to install an update before you can use it. After installing it, everything looks the same. The older “hacked” version that allows you to install to a storage card probably no longer works unless someone updates it. The new version is 1.1.1109.0000 with no changelog that we can see.

Thanks for the heads up. Looks like I'll just avoid Marketplace altogether.

YES WE NEED TO BOYCOTT MICROSOFT MARKETPLACE...POST THIS ON YOUR WEB SITES.

Stop the limitation. We don't even have enough memory to install apps to memory dumb asses "microsoft"...By the way, i know most of us extracted cabs..I need Glympse! I forgot to extract it! Its free so no piracy going on for the trollers..I cant believe we the unofficial government allow Microsoft to control everything. Sad. PS some please don't forget to post GLYMPSE cab and matter of fact all free cabs you have....I have Touchtwitter if you need it but you have to have paid for it "PM me" for that app.

And any MOD that has nothing to do, this involves everyone. Please don't move this around..TP2 is one of the most active threads and we need to stick together.

I have purchased the glympse app using my computer but now I cannot see it on my phone to download it....if any one knows how I can retrieve I will post the cab here.

Well if you used your computer to purchase "a free product' the protection is already in place to keep you from extracting the cab...I found that i still had the EXE on my SD so i just copied a shortcut to start menu. But it would be helpful if the people who where copying there cabs would post them.
