Tweak help!
 

I have an issue that I just cant figure out how to eliminate. I use an HTC hip case for the Pro 2. Its the same case I bought for my Pro 1. I couldnt figure out how I keep hanging up and butt dialing people all of the sudden. Then it dawned on me. Whenever I open the case the magnetic pull turns the phone on. I am assuming its acting like I pulled the styus out. What tweak makes the screen not turn on if I pull the stylus out? Does anyone else have this same problem?

A simple registry edit will take care of that. It actually thinks that you are sliding open the keyboard, as there is no magnet on the TP2 stylus.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Hardware\DeviceMap\Keybd] Create new dword "SlideWakeup" with value of 0 and soft reset


If you are not comfortable editing the registry, here is a .cab to do the same thing.

I don't have my phone on me right now, so I'll try to do this from memory.. Isn't there an option in the dial pad menu you can select that says something along the line of "don't turn on when stylus is out"?
