Is there a tone adjustment for calls?
 

At times its difficult to understand what someone is saying during a call. Sounds like its got too much bass and not enough treble. Is there any way to adjust the bass/treble?

I have the Verizon version of the Touch Pro2.

What's the advantage in turning the volume down?

Besides, if you turn it down you won't be able to hear it.
