Need help with Verizon HTC PRo2

Hi I have a Verizon HTC Pro2 but I am with T-mobile, can someone teach me to unlock it pplease? Any help/suggestions, I would really appreciate any kind the help at all.

At a minimum you need the sim unlocked. There is a very good thread on official verizon unlocking for longer term customers and a sticky on the unlocker for those who have other brands or bought the verizon phone without contract.
