Reflectionist rom has word completion, how did he do it?

So Reflectionist rom has word completion, I can't seem to get it working on my 6.5.1 rom even though keyboard setting are all fine. What am I doing wrong?

Do you have X9 on? If that is on then you get word completion

Word completion is so frickin annoying!! I wish whoever invented it would be next to me so I can punch him in the back of the head everytime it comes up...

It may be for you, but for forighn people its a fantastic time saver. Come guys...we need some ideas here
