alternatively you can call Sprint Technical Support and ask them to push you a new PRL update. Your phone will start automatically getting the update when you are on the phone with the tech. Be sure to call from another number such as your home phone, or another cellphone in order for the PRL update to initiate as the tech sends signals to the phone needing the update.

I had asked and was not answered , which is not a problem because it gave me the initiative to go about and figure it out on my own :) so here is the 60678 PRL for those who want it , personally i got sh*t service with the 01115 prl .. kept bouncing btw 1x and EvDO .. so i did a PRL update and it went to the 60678 prl and shot up to 3 bars of evdo no problem .. so here it is .
