soft keyboard at the top?

Does anyone know of any setting/hack/cab that will move the soft keyboard to the top of the display? I would think it would be far more comfortable to type w/ your thumb if the keyboard wasn't at the bottom of the screen.....

You can move the keyboard if you change this value and soft reset

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\SIP\Dragstyle

0=locked
1=movable
