no they admitted the tp1 had an issue i even brought my old one up to show them.. but they wouldn't do it for my tp2.

I have the same problem, This happened to my diamond befor the screen gave out. I have insurance, so im not to worried.

That sux. I had the samething happen to me on my tp1. If you are still within your 30 days, please go exchange your phone.
