4 Column Start Menu 6.5 ?
Im having trouble finding this.
I am looking for a 4 column Start menu tweak for 6.5 21872 WVGA |
Re: 4 Column Start Menu 6.5 ?
I don't know how it is done, but I had the MightyROM on my Verizon TP2, and it had 3 columns (which I didn't like), so I installed the 4-column start menu (same cab I used on the stock rom), and it didn't change it. What it did change was it made 4 columns on the Programs tab on TF3D.
Now I have EnergyROM LEO, and it automatically has 4 columns. Not sure how, but I love it. Much more efficient use of space. |

BharS worked on mighty. but i'd like 4 columns on 6.5 TF3D 2.1 as well. is there one for that?

Re: 4 Column Start Menu 6.5 ?
Check in post 3... That should set your program launcher in TF3D to 4 columns.
|
Re: 4 Column Start Menu 6.5 ?
thanks a lot! BharS Start Menu Grid and SEX1 both worked for me, have chosen SEX1 because I like the honeycombs a lot :)

Re: 4 Column Start Menu 6.5 ?
i may be in the minority, but how do i switch from 4 columns to 3 columns.... thanks
|
Re: 4 Column Start Menu 6.5 ?
Some or these cabs don't work because they're missing an important registry key. Some roms dont specify the default 'CustomGridForm" key. So you will have to include it with your column cabs. Otherwise, you cpr files won't be aplied by the shell.

Re: 4 Column Start Menu 6.5 ?
Did u do a soft reset, it should come out fine . If not for whatever reason there are alternatives, you can use Memaid,Sktool or your registry editor to locate it and chop it..

Re: 4 Column Start Menu 6.5 ?
Thanks, that's too technical for me lol...I'm attempting a hard reset right now, then reinstalling everything.

I found this over at Xda. This is what I used for my sprint 6.5 Start Menu - allows you to have 3/4/5/6 Items Wide
