Charging Via USB to Computer, Phone Wont Power On
 

I've tested this with usb to laptop, and usb to ps3, when its plugged up and powered on and you remove the phone from the charger, you cant the charging light stays on an the phone has to have the battery removed

or

if the phone is powered off while connected to a laptop or ps3, the phone will not power back on until u remove the battery, why does it do this?

Are you unlocked?
If yes, what ROM?

Have you installed any programs?
If yes, have you tried a Hard-Reset?
