Swap Broken Sprint charge $200 if not returned in 15 days

If you have a damaged pro 2 and sprint is to charge you $200 if you do not return your pro 2 within 15 days...why return it at all since it is worth over that on ebay etc? Is there an issue with ecn in the future?

it looks tempting, but sprint will send you a notice after 10 days, so you can't say you didn't know. then they might make you pay upfront for any future replacements.
