any file that can open a .exe
 

ok basically i am 1 of those that use my tp2 fro everything so i hspled my phone but now i downloaded 2 roms and i want to flash them, BUT, they are .exe files and my total cammander wont open them, any ideas?basically i need to open a .exe file. does anyone know a program that will do that for me through my phone or will i only be able to do that on a pc?

u need to have your tp2 active synced to a pc
transfer the .exe to the pc
then open the .exe from the pc

the ruu is executed thru the .exe on the pc...

exactly how it works...I don't know...but a case in point would be mighty's rom and also the elite team rom.

in order to flash from sd card you have to have the .nbh file for the rom and then you have to have an sd card. place the .nbh in the root of your storage card and then name it RHODIMG.nbh (i think) there are tutorials for this just search for storage card rom flashing. good luck

yes i know but if i wanted to use a computer i wouldnt be flashing via microsd i want to flash via microsd without going to a computer and wanted to know if there was any powerfull programs that could open a .exe and take out the .nbh

yes 7zip can.. u can download it from here: http://downloads.sourceforge.net/sevenzip/7z907-arm.cab

I just tried it on my TP2 running Juicys ROM and it opened both EliteTeam exe and MightyROM exe and was able to extract the nbh file...

edit: actually i extracted the wrong file... i cant seem to extract the nbh as it seems u would need that much free space on the internal storage to extract it... but 7zip can open the exe..

edit2: works with MightyROM nbh as I have enough internal storage to extract it
