TF3D 2.1 worked fine.
Sense 2.1 I have the same problem as above.
Sense 2.5 has the manual update settings.

Does anyone know what manila files control the weather? Maybe we can just copy them from 2.5 and have the full features. I'll begin to look around and see if I can figure out which ones do it and test it, but if anyone knows already then that would be great.

Though I have an Imagio, this annoys me as well. I live in a mountainous climate and the weather can change drastically and very quickly, would like something more to the tune of every 30 minutes to update rather than every 3 hours.

Another thing I have noticed is the forecast is not very accurate. It will say it is cloudy when it is actually raining

+1 for figuring this out.

So Sense 2.1 (which is what mighty rom uses) only updates every 3 hours. I find it useless to have it on my home screen as I always have to go to the weather tab to update it. This is quite the oversight when 6.1 had these options.

Weather clock animations: Cool. 3 Hour wait to see current weather: Worthless. With all the new Roms out, you's think this would have already been addressed.

that just goes with the territory with accuweather though, which is what i believe manila uses. accuweather isn't very.. ahem.. accurate

well mine doesn't update unless i manually do it and i have auto download set. doesn't do every 3 hrs. it's 652pm now and it's still showing weather from 3:36 this morning.

this is energy leo 2.5 ROM, so i'd think what i set in menus should work. but it never does. i'm wondering if this is the same on the hd2 with official manila 2.5...

yea, I tried Juicy's for one night mainly to see if this worked.

It never updated on that either even though I set it to update every 30 minutes.

If my wifi is enabled and connected at home with comcast cable it tells me im in denver colorado lol i live in sw washington so thats my only real headache with it. My weather here doesnt change enough to care what my phone says its just kind of a neat feature. I still can look outside though thats something the rom cant take from us loll. The problem will be solved eventually Im not to concerned too bad accuweather runs it not very impressed with their forecasts

I am now running Juicy R3 & THAT ROM finally updates the weather just fine:

I have it set to update every 15 minutes & it does exactly that.
