Fittske, can you go into more detail on step #2 about how to link an email, I have many emails setup through the phone, not sure exactly what "linking" and email is.

Fittske - thanks for the original post. Got it all working and here is my setup to make things very easy. I don't ever see the HTC MMS/SMS app :)

I got the sending and recieving via the WM app to work just fine
The problem now is that when i look at the mMS message i dont see the pictures i sent
Just a picture icon shows up
Anyone experienced this

Using Juicys R2 rom with the steps provided in this thread

For the last two posters on R2, R3 should be out shortly, and Juicy has already claimed to have figured this out, so it should be incorporated directly into the ROM...it may not work exactly as it does on 2.1 ROMs, but MMS will work...you can check out the Juicy thread for more info...as for Energy and any other 2.5 ROMs, not sure what they plan to do...I tried the steps in this thread and they did not work for me very well on R2 either so I've lived without MMS this week while awaiting R3...wasn't worth flashing back to stock just for MMS given I only receive them infrequently anyway...

I will confim this also the mms works you cant send out of manilia but you can send out of the old messaging what they pretty much did is set it up so that you can have the pretty sms and when you want to send or recieve it comes in the old messaging but it works tho
