Do I need to re-enter provisioning data after flashing?

Just getting my ducks in a row here...
When I flash a new rom, does all the phone provisioning data get wiped? (MSID, MDN, username) Will I have to re-enter that stuff in order to get back on the network?

Nope...all that stuff sticks with the device.
