HardSPL Unlocker and Donations
 

I wouldn't mind one bit to donate to the cause of this being released as a matter of fact I will after I get response from this question. I think this release is more popular than Windows 98!! HA HA

From what I gather, there is a possibility of donation required for HardSPL Unlocker upon release... don't know if that's finalized or even true, it's just what I believe...

With that being said, what would happen if I donate (say $20) and HardSPL Unlocker is never released? Would refunds be issued for donated monies?
I know what the word donate means, this is slightly different though because we are donating to the cause which means we donating money to help the release of a product which is a certain guarantee...

Thank you for all the hard work and effort being put forth to get this product out... and thank you to everyone at PPCGeeks!!

Dude, if they tried and they failed, it's not their fault. Donation is exactly the opposite of the word REFUND.

do not give away what you cannot afford to lose. people are already testing the hspl and we have seen screenies. at the absolute worst case senario those beta unlockers are floating around within that testing circle so its really just a matter of time.

It is working. There are screen shots out there of the people that are testing it. These posts are getting a bit rediculous.

You are making a donation or basically giving a gift so there won't be any refunds made on that, but if you were purchasing a product or a service then that would be different. If you are the kind of person that will expect something back after making a donation then you shouldn't have donated at all and I am not saying anything is wrong with that. Did I donate? Yes I did but I don't have any expectations thats why I am not going off the deep end like other people on here. If they say that they aren't going to release it then thats fine it wouldn't faze me one bit, its not like I donated my mortgage payment or something.

Donations and payment are two different things. If you made a payment for services rendered or for a product and there were no services or product rendered, then you may have a case. Since a donation was made, there is nothing you can do about it.

It would be the same if you donated to a charity for the cure for cancer. If they didn't find a cure for cancer would you want your money back? Of course not. They're working on it, and that is the reason you donated.

i don't want my money back, i just want the damn unlocker and would appreciate if someone on the elite team could communicate in detail what the hold up is. It has been tested for they last 2-3 weeks and now randoms not even on the elite team are claiming that they have the unlocker and it works. SO don't give me that bs they are still testing it. What are they testing, their testings lol.

Elite team is making a ton of money already... save your money till they decide to release it to more than just thier friends.

The ETA for release is three weeks ago.

The HSPL is working and being tested. They did some small beta testing yesterday, there was a glitch. They were working on fixing it. They just want it perfect.

1. Don't give away (or buy) something you can't afford
that's a good rule...

And I've used their product before so I'm due for a donation!!!

Wonder how they know it's me donating though...
well you guys talked me into it, going to go drop some $$ now...

I know about donations, I donate a lot and give things away (Karma)

I'm also buying 13 tickets for my girlfriends youth for church so they can see Skillet and Decyfer Down :)

Ok... This is my third post EVER for this site. You guys (and ladies too) who start these threads are the picture perfect example of ugly americans that are spoon fed by mommy and daddy and believe they deserve everything RIGHT NOW. It comes out WHEN IT COMES OUT! Stop being whiny (wh)itches [pun intended because of halloween].

Anyways, I assume that when it's released it will be when America is asleep. I got the innuendo cmonex ;)

OK .... in efforts to keep confusion and posts with malice intent down ... I and a group of users have decided to contact our "mods" about all of the useless post in this thread and some of the harassment by some of our fellow users . as for the ugly americans there bud, i have had a hard knock life. everything i have i worked hard as heck for it. i pay for health insurance. i also enjoy living the american dream, that alot of people dont have the chance to do. so watch yourself with that mommy and daddy b.s, and make sure you ask mommy if you can flash her phone before you screw it up :joker:

Agree totally... they are probably not releasing it due to all the people donating thinking it will cause a release. I usually dont tip my waiter until AFTER the main course...not before. [-X
