okay so i just discovered SlideIt and it is mind blowing. if you dont know what it is, google it and download the demo. this thing is just MAGIC. It works flawlessly everywhere for me and i even enjoy using it more than the awesome hard keyboard on my TP2 but there is one shortcoming... it doesnt work in Opera. Doesnt put space between words and each word starts with a capital and after a while, it just starts screwing up, sliding stops working. this is ONLY in Opera. anyone have a fix? |

Re: even better than sliced bread
any reason to reinvent the wheel for TP2? We all have the best keyboard on any mobile device ever, the physical one.

yeah but sometimes it is just more non obvious if i use the on screenn keyboard to send a quick text instead of picking up the hard keyboard. it comes handy in boring meetings |
Re: even better than sliced bread
right now im using fingerkeyboard 2, that sliding one looks horrible to me....i think im gonna give touchpal a try though...seems very cool

Re: even better than sliced bread
I tried quite a few and fingerkeyboard is by far my fave

Re: even better than sliced bread
okay you guys are missing the point. Don't tell me you love fingerkeyboard or touch pal or this or that. The keyboard I'm talking about is a completely different ball game and that is the WHOLE POINT of posting about it. It does something differently.

im telling, dont go by looks. try it, it works unexpectedly well. the size and styling of the keys dont even matter cuz accuracy isnt required. u just need to get in the neighborhood of the key and the words keep popping out like someone is reading your mind. |
