Problems with norwegian version of TP2 after installing TP2 Cleanup.
 

Hello,

I came across an article about the TP2 Cleanup package from GoodThings2Life.

I know that I have an norwegian version of the phone, not sprint, telus or verizon. I just wanted to give it a try. Installed the sprint version, the phone was acting all normal until I tried to write an sms, it just couldn't be done.

I was only able to write if I did it by "messages", and then replied by pressing the screen. (see attached file..)

Could not press the "new message" button, or "new" from the "windows backend, inbox" of the phone if I can call it that.

It's hard to explain..
Everything else seems to be working with the, it's only the sms part that's bugging me and so I had to uninstall the tweak.



Anyone having a solution to the problem?

I'm guessing that's why that program says it's only for Sprint, Telus, and Verizon...

Anyhow, if you installed the basic version you can uninstall it but if you used the super version you will have to hard reset.

uninstall it, and try the telus one. its about as generic as they get. if that fails then you cannot use this cab on a GSM European Touch Pro 2

whats with the watermark on your screenshot?

Just hard reset your phone and start fresh...probably wont work on your European tp2
