She's dead bro... Just take into a service center for your carrier and tell them it just died on you. And be all upset because you lost all your data. lol.
Seriously. It's under warranty. You shouldn't have any issues. If you do... there is always insurance claim. (you do carry insurance on your phone right?)

Oooohhhh.... Israel. I say you start from scratch. Count your losses and get an unlocked version off the internet. Your phone is now a shiny new beautiful paper weight. Sorry to hear that bro. i retract my last statement. i wiki'd Cellcom USA, not Cellcom ISRAEL .... USA is CDMA, ISRAEL is GSM
i apologize :(

i'd say your best bet is to put it into bootloader and try again or try to flash via SD card

I did some searching and from what I found Cellcom out of Israel is GSM not CDMA, so the phone isn't bricked for sure.
