their is a one time dl to a device i believe,dont know any further specifics because we were told was gonna be further explained but yet to happen.

I hope not lol, it will be a bit of a hassle everytime I would like to try a different rom, not that I have a problem donating.

lol think about it you only need one unlocker to flash millions of roms..dl is for unlocker not for flashing
