I cannot get to my inbox no matter what I try
 

I had my phone charging in the wall charger and using Wifi Router. After I was done with Wifi router I noticed, even after a soft reset, I cannot open my inbox for my aol email account, which is the only email I use on the phone. I have tried all the methods available to open the inbox but none work. What can I do, other than hard reset, to try to fix this>?

EDIT - Created the account again in new accounts, then deleted the old duplicate. Fix it.
