That's just stupid. You can't open a Donation fund and then just take all the money and run. If you do that you're a thief. Last time I checked people don't just get to take donations for something that they don't plan on releasing.

sorry but i wouldnt use tmo if it were free...and it was as i was a dealer at its time of launch...i went to the launch party in minnesota with my sanyo 6400 on my side only to have the tmo executives oogle my phone...
