Hey Doc, I may know what he is saying.
Ok, we do the reg edit, the friggin TP goes in landscape mode, fine...we plug that bitch to TV...watch da isht and when done we have to undo the reg edit?? that is my concern, WE all know of the landscape TV deal , whenever we enable TV/OUT it turns landscape, that is normal. But if it stays there,then we must undo the reg...too much :scratch:

I have the oem htc tv out cable, no reg edits. that's why i'm wondering what they were talking about. i can stream everything but sprint tv, if i erase that message, sprint tv closes. i'm just wondering why the 1st guy posted that it works, but didn't give any info on how to make it work.

thxx Doc, i havent tried the tv out yet in TP2 BUT i do have the IPOD cables I was using with TP still, i think you had the same before too!. The dude upstairs was more inquiring about the Sprint TV.:mrgreen:

Semi-on topic, but where are the tv-out settings at? I hooked mine up this past weekend, and for some reason it was in black & white and no sound...before when it did this, I had selected PAL instead of HTSC (or whatever), but I never got the prompt this time, and I never did find the settings for the tv out?

plus one on what hb said. plug the cable to your phone, go start>settings>system>tv out. select ntsc and you should be good to go.

I figured as much...I don't have a tv here @ work, so I was hoping I could set the settings without having to hook it up, but oh well!

you don't need to plug it into the tv, just plug the cable into your phone and change them.

did anybody try the regedit??? did it works on yours??? let us know if it works, and if somebody could do a cab it wold be great.
