I wouldn't use Advanced Config. on a TP2, its known to cause problems with answering.

advanced config was written for gsm and can cause problems on cdma phones. gsm phones should be ok

What kind of problems? I have used it (just a little, I'll admit) and have not experienced anything problematic.

The most common issue is very slow reponse when trying to answer calls. By the time it answers the call goes to voicemail.

I have not had any issue with it. I used it to swap out the soft keys

how do I disconnect data after a certain period of time (60 secs. for example) without using advanced config?

did the softkey swap and it didnt worked although the keys swapped. no program can be launched in tflo and the only way to restore is to hard reset. :(
