wallpaper is stuck wont go away
 

I used a picture for a wallpaper and have since then replaced it with several new ones. when I reboot my phone, on the HTC boot up screen I can see that original picture in the back ground. Keep in mind It only shows on the HTC boot up screen and is kind of ghostly and faint. Its like stuck in the memory or something. I dont know how to get rid of it. Please help !!
