Ring and Vibrate setting on sprint TP2

I don't know if anyone else is experiencing the same problem, but whenever I set my ring type to 'vibrate and ring' then soft reset my phone, the setting goes back to 'ring' only. Is this normal?, because I dont recall having this problem on my sprint TP. And I apologize in advance if this was posted anywhere else.

yes this is a problem.i recall this problem on most manilla custom roms.

There is another thread on this. I believe it has a fix in it. And GoodThings2Lifes's cleanup cab also has the fix in it.
