TP2 Touchscreen unresponsive
 

My TP2, Which I have had about 2 weeks, has developed a case of the "you can't touch me". the screen is completely unresponsive. Fortunately I can navigate using the keyboard for 90% of what i use regularly but it is like riding a bicycle with one leg.

Verizon is sending the replacement overnight. So hopefully by tuesday i will get to experience my second TP2 ;) BTW does anyone know if the currently shipping units are 6.5?

Run through the screen calibration procedure again, and be sure to use the lightest taps you can get away with. When you calibrate the screen you also set the touch sensitivity.

if you have a newton ring i am sorry for your luck. i scrapped my original tp for that reason...luckily the tp2 had come out the week before so i just bought a new one. but the only way to fix that is replace the digitizer
