no but the term "under the influence" is used frequently when using drugs or alcohol, or if you really like to party, both at the same time.

Just returned mine.. No pixels no white/blue spots or circles.. It was fine. Maybe you will get it!

I just got my TP2 on Saturday so far so cool. The reason I got it is because of the failure rate on my TP1. I went through 6 of them one was my fault all the others were keyboard/software/interent issues. The Tech didnt say anything other than hey we are gonna upgrade you to TP2. So if its because your phone(TP1) is failing maybe you should call Sprint. I was told that its starting to be common for them to do this. They also allowed me to keep my $150 upgrade for the next hot phone that comes out. Dont know if this is an isolated incident I can just tell you what happened for me to get a new TP2.
