Go to windows/opera9/opera -delete opera file(should have the most recent date, and you will be back to normal.


Do the same as above. I think I know why just the Verizon users are having problems with this .cab.
Can one of you verizon users go to Windows/opera9/ opera and copy those two files for me (opera and opera1).
If somebody sends me this I will fix this .cab to work for Verizon, thanks.

I had looked at the contents of your cab and saw several Sprint-specific modifications to Opera.ini, so I opted not to install the cab (since I'm VZW), and just made a couple of the modifications to Opera.ini directly.

I know I would still be interested in a list of the specific changes made with your Cab, including specific changes to Opera.ini that it makes, so I can pick and choose which ones I want, and which ones I don't.

Theres two with the most recent date. Opera and Opera1 and theyre both yesterdays date. Which one do I delete? also you want me to delete em and send em to you? Im a bit confused sorry.

Well, I deleted the opera.ini file. No results. The VZW home page still has some kind of error and results in a white page.

Help!.

Run your Restore from your last daily Backup. I know on SPB Backup, I can choose to just restore the System, leaving my emails and texts alone. You can probably do that on Sprite too, if that is the one you use.

I deleted both Opera and Opera1 files. Seems semi fixed, except some small things, and my zoom bar began to work and now it doesnt work! Any help?

Awesome tweak, thanks for all your hard work. I installed this in my Imagio and it seems to be working fine and it's waaay faster. The only issue I have is that web sites are detecting my phone as a mobile device and are redirecting to their mobile page (if they have one), even with mobile view unchecked. I checked the string in the Custom User-Agent under Opera:config and I think this is allowing web sites to detect the phone: Sprint/1.0/HTC Touch Pro2 T7380 Opera/9.50 (Windows NT 5.1; U; en). I tried to change the value, but it defaults back. Can you change this or let me know how?

If your on Sprint it shouldnt cause any problems. But try the opera file I posted in the first post. First go to windows/opera9 and delete opera and opera1 then manually copy that file thats in the first post to windows/opera9. Soft reset

With the new Sprint home page this tweak has broken the page.
It won't load properly even when re-applying the opera.ini from post number 1 and a soft reset.
So something in the tweak obviously isn't being reset properly.
Does anyone have a opera.ini file that hasn't been modified by this tweak?

I had this tweak originally and it worked until they changed the homepage.
Had to do a hard reset of my phone to get it working right again with the new hoempage.

Accidentally applied it again and it messed everything up.
Uninstalling the cab doesn't do anything to fix what it broke.
Any help with out having to hard reset again?
