Download evrius visual kitchen from here Ervius visual kitchen
Then download the shipped verizon or sprint touch pro 2 rom, then extract the .exe with either .7z or winrar. Inside you will see a bunch of files, look for the RUU_signed.nbh, copy it to its own folder. Now open up visual kitchen, it will say cannot find some things, just hit okay. Then click on Dump nbh/nb/payload in the bottom left. Locate the RUU_signed.nbh you placed it a seperate folder, then hit open. It will start dumping the rom, this will take a while. After it is done you will see a folder called DUMP in the same folder RUU_signed.nbh is. Open it, then run Erviuskitchen.exe. Now you can check the apps you want, and the ones you dont want, i would suggest you research what things do before deselecting them as some packages are necessary for others to work properly.
I would then check these links for some help setting it up and adding your own tweaks/apps/sys

The Great Registry Edit
Shipped Verizon ROM Get it now

Also if you just want to use someones presetup kitchen check out

It might be difficult to get started developing for a new device. After no one would hold my hand, I started searching lots and sequestering links of interest. The puzzle is still heavily fragmented but well its all one big work in progress.
