I would imagine there are tons of return, many NOT defective, just buyers remorse $449 when the Samsung Moment is around the corner, AMOLED!!!!

IDK why eveybody is so down on refurbs as replacements. i had 5 TPs, the first 4 were all brand new, all were defective with dead pixels and/ or keyboard failures. the only one that worked perfect was my 5th one that was a refurb. that being said i wouldn't want a refurb as my initial purchase, but as a replacement for a phone that had a known defect, yeah because it was probably sent in because of the defect and repaired for that specific defect.

I will let you guys know the exact condition tomorrow (dead pixels, scratches, sunken spcae bar....etc)

I dropped my phone on a friday, then lost it at a store on saturday. Bad luck. filed a claim, Assurian sent me a brand new one in the box with all the accessories. Haven't even opened it yet. guess I filed my claim just in time before the refurbs.

I got a New in Box TP2 whole box and everything for my TP1 replacement.. Just handed over old TP1 kept all old accessory's.. (Minnesota retail store)

lol, a extra stylus, charger, usb cable?

They went el cheapo and forgot headphones. I was kinda let down when I opened my NIB tp2.
