MMS and SMS messages out of order?
 

This is my third windows mobile phone and I am familiar with the sort feature however no matter how I sort them I can not get the current to appear at the top. After examining the patter it seems some of my messages are not coming in with a date stamp and are just being sorted by time. Sometimes I have to click older from the person that sent the message just to find the current text. Which ofcourse is between 2 messages from a previous conversation.

Has anyone experienced this before? Also if anyone can tell me how to do a hard reset to factory defaults on this phone it would be great to know. I am sure it is not an issues with the phone please advise. Thank you!

I have mine set up in the top right corner of the messaging screen to sort by recieved, that seemed to do the trick, ive also noticed for some reason on my old TP2 when i was roaming it would put a totally out of date time stamp on an incoming message. That was fixed once i got my replacement. And to do a hard reset, hold down power key, answer key, and end key all at the same time while pressing the reset button. keep buttons pressed until the screen comes on asking if you want to restore your phone by pressing the VolUP key.
