My keyboard does not work ??

hi guys i took the phone out try to play with it it has been 5 minutes ansd my keyboard does not work ??

is there something i need to turn on or is it defective ??

define not work...what all have you done with it? need more details before you get all worked up or what could be nothing.

ok i turned it on i could not use the 4 main button only the touch phone. i just switch it off remove battery and it is working i have no idea what happen...

i think this phone is way too much for me i had treo 755P
