Just a lil Help...Anyone?
 

Hello I just bought the TP2 and its been awhile since ive owned a ppc, but if anyone could tell me or give me a link on how to install cabs and run them on my phone it would greatly be appreciated and help me release this brainfart that im having!

Either Activesync and transfer via USB, or if you can put your SD card into your PC and trasfer it that way that. Then tap the cab and youre set

yea ive tried the process through the SD but when i tap on the cab to install it tells me the file is not associated with any program, and if i click on the other file that says setup with the big opera logo it just takes me to a blank page over the web.

What's the exact name of the file? It might be a .zip or something that you have to extract first.

there the cabs that are given in the tweaks, tips, hacks & modifications thread. one is Enable All Camera Modes, Enable in Call Recording, More Call options, thread_sms, TP2-Batt, Activate flip clock and so forth. I cant any of them to run the setup and Ive already extracted the rars and placed the folders on my storage card.

"There is no application associated with"0BATTERY". Run the application first, then open this file from within the application." This is one error i get when i click on the TP2-Batt cab

Those aren't RARs youre extracting. Those are the cabs themselves. Put the items you downloaded directly on your storage card without extracting and then run them on your phone.

thank you sooo much helix139 that was my problem, i was extracting the rars on my desktop then dragging the folders onto my storage card. smh
