Something broke Start Menu>Programs

I installed UltimateLaunch now my Programs won't open from the start menu. TF3D start menu still works but not the classic one. Can anyone confirm or deny this to be the problem? I uninstalled UltimateLaunch but the problem's still there. Hard reset time.

Thanks for the feedback. I also installed "wvga fix", "shake and save", and "BG For All Pages WVGA". These are possible suspects or a combination of things. I'll change the title until I figure this out.

BG for all pages has been known to cause issues. It messed up my clock
