New TP2 feature differences between WM 6.1 and 6.5 + our wish list?
 

As we all "patiently WAIT" for either the carriers - Verizon in my case - or the kitchen guys ... what is all of the fuss about? I personally like a number of the new 6.5 features for my TP2 and can hardly wait!

Of course, I just watched a video and it's really HTC and each carrier that will decide what we see and don't see out of the carrier ROMs.

What do we "wish" to see on 6.5?

I wish to see more of Windows Mobile covered up by HTC's awesome work!

i am lookin forward to manila 2.5 to be honest. i am also looking forward to slightly improved performance, ie when scrolling.

what i wish to see, and i am sure we won't, is actual video drivers from htc's end. that would make this thing perform amazingly. but this is beyond wishful thinking

For those who haven't seen TouchFlo 2.6 for a while - seems like an enternity - here is a good video from the folks at PocketNow.com - there is a second multimedia segment at the end of this one.

Come on Verizon ... Sprint says NOT until Q1'2010 - "will" Big Red can do better!

I just want TouchFlo's Facebook integration to work better and not make exchange contact sync flip out every time something changes with a contact.

Oh, and for the phone respond when I touch it at least 50% of the time. As it stands, it's around 40% in touch response. And that's after performance and memory tweaks.

manila 2.5 looks great and all but the lack of landscape has me thinking twice about it. i think im gonna stay with 2.1 until an updated version comes out

What do you mean it doesn't have a landscape mode? Yes it does.
