Some Common problems with mine and your tp2!!!
 

I don't have another TP2 to mess with so i was just wondering if you guys are experiencing the same thing as me? I an with Verizon.

Sometimes when i get a text message, i slide out the keyboard, and press on the screen to take me to the text. Sometim it won't open, and i'll have to click the inbox tab, on the bottom left.

After recieving a text when i go to reply back, it sometimes has to play catch up on my typing.

From the homescreen if i slide open the keyboard, and type in a cotact name, i notice it is laggy in pulling up the contact screen. I get half a contact screen then half a home screen then it fixes itself.

Facebook app running pretty slow.

My web browser push pages, i have 3 pages, set for a 1 hour update. They havn't been updated in days.

If your phone is locked, and you hit the backlight switch. When you rehit the backlight switch, does the screen flicker in a weird way when it brightens up the screen?

Anyone else experiencing these or any other simple concerns about there phone?

I definitely also experience the typing lag sometimes and the laggy contact screen pull up is just windows mobile. But yea i have noticed those two not really the other ones, i dont use push pages. Im with sprint.

i have noticed a little lag with the contact names. definately no flickering screen. have you tried freeing up ram, try the "dynamic resource proxy tweak" its a cab floating around in the tweaks section. it frees up like 20mb, could reduce some lag you are finding

Yes to the laggy contacts at times, but what I dislike more is the screen rotation is way to hair trigger. Rotates when I don't want it to, and is slow going back to portrait, like hurry up already, I'm always way ahead of it it would seem. My email/text typing is fine tho, no issue. Is there a way to just turn off the auto rotate? Haven't come across it yet.
No device is going to be without a few bugs. Just wait till new roms come out, we'll find new ones.

I cant import appointments for my calendar, even when i set upp a new one it just vanishes, tryed hard reset but no luck
