Rocker Switch Ringer Volume doesn't match Settings

I have discovered a new problem that is occurring quite sporadically. I set my ringer volume with the side rocker panel to the loudest setting. However, calls I have been receiving have not been ringing, instead just showing the incoming call screen like normal. I went into my Settings tab and then to Sound and noticed that my Ring volume in there is set to 0%. Has anyone else experienced this disconnect? There seems to be no pattern to when this happens. I have the clean-up tweaks cab installed, along with CMYLXGO's black dialer, PocketShield and some appearance items like transparent flip clock, no curtains and custom taskbar.

Do you have it set to Single Ring/System Volume?

No, that option is turned off. My system volume appears to be working fine.

I haven't had this happen to me at all but I see you did mention that you changed the dialer. Now I am not saying thats whats causing the problem but with the tp1 there were alot of cases where changing the dialer made your ringer act crazy on a random basis. So try changing the dialer and see what happens.

EDIT: Well in the tp1's case the ringer settings always matched but it just didn't ring. Your case is a little different though, so I can't say if it was the dialer or not.
