I have been having the same problem too. I was thinking maybe I did something to the phone. Glad I am not alone. It does not happen all the time, but when it happens its annoying. Sometimes people hang up thinking I hung up.

I am having this same issue too, I've had it happen about 4-5 times so far within a month. :/

This is an interesting possibility, since by default on stock rom i believe holding down the phone button activates voice command ... which could happen if your face is pressed against the phone button but i don't think mine was pressed against the button but i'll try to take notice next time i have the issue.
