Verizon Touch Pro 2 Quirks
 

Love the phone, but 2 things really bug me. Has anyone figured out a tweak for these two issues:

1. When display has turned off (currently set at 5 minutes on batter) and a calendar even reminder comes up, after you hit snooze or dismiss, you have to unlock the device even if I've been recently using the device. My device is set to lock if not used for 1 hour. So why do I need to unlock it every time an event reminder comes up.

2. My phone is paired with my car's bluetooth. Often times when I dial using my cars speed dial setting, the call isn't made because I screen comes up on the phone saying that my device must be unlocked before making a call using bluetooth. When i hit ok the home screen comes up without having to unlock the phone. I can then make the call, but the phone was never locked in the first place.

Not sure if this will help or not. I had some problems with the builtin lock and a separte lock program (Pocketshield) I use. This helped me.

HKCU\ControlPanel\Keybd
DeviceLockWhenSuspend 0

I have also attached a cab file I found, but the cab does not uninstall.
