all these protector require water on the skin...
is it safe to apply with water on the skin?

water with electronics kinda makes me uneasy........

That's why you take out the battery and let it dry for 24 hours.

Also, don't saturate it. A light mist will do.

Keep a paper towel handy, and dab at the edges as you apply it and work out the bubbles. It will catch any seeping water. Anything left under the protector will simply evaporate.
