If you want turn by turn, check out Waze (http://www.waze.com/download_usa/wm_symbian_download/, or http://m.waze.com/ from your phone). It has turn by turn, and is free (at least for now). It even does voice prompts in the latest beta, but sometimes the routing fails or gets a little off. Could be a good product to watch, though.

Here is another list of gps programs for windows mobile. You may find 1, 2 or more that you like. These are all free....http://www.maps-gps-info.com/fgpfw.html#WindowsMobile

As zim2323 noted, Sprint Navigation is likely part of your data package and something else is wrong. An update to Sprint Navigation recently became available. Installing that update does not remove the previous installation or even update existing shortcuts to point to the newer version. I've found that if I start the older version, it asks me to subscribe for a monthly fee. If I start the newer version, everything works as normal. So you may just need to update your shortcuts.

Where can you get the update at?

Great app, but makes my phone virtually unusable, so slow.

As stated before Sprint Nav is free for the data plans. Contact Sprint. Personally I use the unbranded Sprint Nav (Telenav)
