Camera application question
 

I am looking for an application (and have not yet found) to photos with outside of the normal camera app. I am looking for something that might offer more manual control, does this exist? I used to have a small application that gave me full manual control over a web cam, I am wondering if there is something similar for windows mobile device by HTC.
