Linking TP2 Contacts to Facebook Issue.
 

When i first got my Touch Pro 2 I was very proud of the fact that I had the ability to stay connected and maintain my contacts thru exchange server network via outlook or google's gmail. However it seems that since I have linked my contacts info to Facebook, the information continously alters. I have noticed that birthdays have changed. contacts pictures are not the same, they are either duplicated with another contact like conact A and contact B have the same picture even though they are diffrent people. Is this a known issue or is this the result of an application?

I haven't had any issues with pictures getting screwed up when linking people with facebook. I haven't setup anything with Google's activesync because it screws up my contact filing preference everytime I use it, so I stopped using it and stick with just Outlook now.

what do you mean? do you think it is google activesync that is messing with my contacts?

When I had Activesync setup with Google, it would change my contacts. I have them all filed as First Last and I would set the sync setting to keep the item on my device and overwrite the server if there was an issue. When I would sync my contacts, I had 5-10 that would go back to being filed as Last, First everytime I synced. I could change them back and re-sync, it would still change them. I'm not sure if it is Google or not, but I haven't had any issues with the wrong photos being put on a contact with linked profiles.
