Proxy Settings Disappear
 

I need to use a proxy server for my internet connection. However, I cannot seem to make the setting "stick." As soon as I hit OK, the setting goes away. From reading other places, it seems that HTC is locking this setting in some way. I've read these threads, but with no success:
