No Picture Mails On Sprint Phone

Obviously people aren't having a problem receiving picture mail or we'd be hearing all about it... but I'm not on my Sprint phone.

Any ideas why? It keeps giving me an error when it tries to download and tells me to try later but the notification disappear. Any ideas?

I had the same problem yesterday as well. The error finally went away on its own.

Personally I haven't been having any problems with picturemail at all, been running smooth as silk.

I dont have a problem with it on my fone but noticed something. if file is over 1000kb it will let u resize/compress the file. I have alot of friends with boost mobile and they cant get files that are large, even though they send fine, is there anyway to enable this feature when the file is less than 1000kb???

Try
Settings >System> Update PRL. Ok
Settings > System> Update Profile. Ok
This happened to my girlfriends Diamond and after I swapped into my new Sprint device this same thing happened to me. If both steps 1 and 2 don't work.Backup your phone. Wipe the phone (Settings>System> Clear Storage) repeat steps 1 and 2 and send test picture mail. Restore phone data. I hope this helps.
